BEL-108 is a type of thermally broken swing window with diamond mesh built inside.

There are literally two panels, as you can see from the pictures. 

One is glazed panel and the other is diamond mesh panel. 

This "diamond mesh", also called anti-theft mosquito net, is much more stronger than usual fly screen.
